You got such colorful pop and much contrast going. Looking good.
On your next attempt why not try putting a big shape of color of a background? Who knows maybe someone well use that as a killer flag.
Or better yet look up online animal bones with ribs and wings for better details.

You have a firm understanding of proportion. However, the left eye and the ear piece and the hinge of the glasses. The left eye is slightly out of alignment in that angle in comparison to the glasses.
Try adding details.

I think it is due to the hair obscuring how far his neck is leaning in,I can not tell the distance.
